We have been learning about shapes. We learned that shapes have attributes. We also learned how to construct shapes. Last week, our teacher let us construct shapes with our bodies! We had to work together to figure out how we could use our bodies to make 3 different shapes. After we made shapes with our bodies, we wrote about the attributes of each shape in our math journals. We also worked with our table groups to compare and contrast the shapes. The activity was awesome! Hooray for shapes!
